Turbo Star ltd was established in October 2019, which is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. In the past 5 years, Turbo Star ltd has been committed to the development of test equipment and related spare parts

for electronic control actuators of engine intake and exhaust systems. The company ‘ s current products are mainly divided into following types:

1 . Automotive testing and calibration equipment:

Thanks to the research and development of turbocharger electronic actuator testing and calibration equipment represented by iturbo3, Turbo Star has laid a solid professional foundation in the ϐield of automotive electronic control. Based on the research and development of iturbo3 control equipment,in the past 4 years, we have developed professional capabilities in communication control research and development in all ϐields of automotive electronics, We have

independent research and development capabilities for the widely used J1939 CAN bus, SENT, LIN, PWM, and Analog communication protocols. The improvement of basic research and development of communication control protocols has provided us with a rich accumulation of know-how. In addition to testing equipment in the ϐield of turbochargers, we are also continuing to develop and design:

(1. 1) Test equipment of the post-treatment system: Test products cover urea pump, nitrogen and oxygen sensor, ETV exhaust throttle valve, EGR valve

(1.2) Intake system test equipment: electronic throttle, intake air ϐlow sensor

2. VGT turbocharger electronic actuator

Cummins Holset series aftermarket VGT electronic actuators are currently one of our company ‘ s main products. Our VGT electronic actuator products cover: HE3, HE4, and HE5 series. The main challenge for the Cummins HOLSET VGT turbocharger electronic actuator in the after-sales market is that the VGT needs to be compatible with the relevant test equipment of the original vehicle manufacturer in order to complete the relevant installation and calibration. Otherwise, the VGT will not be compatible with the ECU. Currently, our VGT electronic actuators are fully and seamlessly compatible with the following brands of original software and equipment.

• All Turbo Star Ltd products are backed by a one (1) Year Limited Warranty.
• All Warranty claims must be authorized by Turbo Star Ltd Either by calling us at +86 13243854506 or email at [email protected]
• The one (1) Year Limited Warranty covers all manufacturer defects.
• Any modification to the Turbo Star / Turbo Star Reman product voids the one (1) Year Limited Warranty.
• The one (1) Year Limited Warranty does not cover :
  • Failures due to Improper installation or Maintenance
  • Failure due to Lack of low or contaminated lubricant
  • Over-temperature operation
  • Using liquid gasket or sealing compounds
  • foreign object Damage
• abuse, accidents, coating, fire damage, crash damage, shipping damage, improper component fitment, etc.
• Electronic Actuators sold individually carry no warranty.

• All products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material for the period specified on your invoice. Your warranty begins from the date of purchase. The warranty applies only when installation instructions and manufacturer warranty requirements are followed in their entirety. Installation should be performed by a certified professional. Unless a separate, optional, and specific warranty is purchased to cover such, the warranty does not cover any expenses incurred in the removal, installation and / or reinstallation of the product. Specifically, this warranty does not cover any expenses for time, rental, or other products not purchased from us, and does not cover any labor. The warranty covers repairing or replacing the purchased part. The warranty is offered only to the original purchaser of the product. The warranty does not apply, and is void, if the product has been damaged by abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, or alteration, or if it has been repaired by anyone other than us. The warranty will be void if the product fails due to improper installation. If the product proves defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, it shall be returned along with the original sales invoice. Your original dated invoice is required for warranty eligibility. The product will, at our option, be replaced or repaired free of charge and returned to the original purchaser.
• The express warranty set forth above is exclusive and no other warranties or any kind, whether statutory, oral, written, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose shall apply. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. The consumers exclusive remedies for breach of warranty and our only obligation arising out of or in connection with breach of warranty shall be those stated herein. We expressly disclaim liability for incidental and consequential damages caused by the product.
• There are no other warranties stated or implied that extend beyond that described above or warrant fitness for a particular purpose other than stated for a given item. Please contact Turbo Star Ltd or your dealer concerning warranty claims.
• Once the warranty claim is authorized Turbo Star Ltd will provide the customer with a prepaid UPS Ground shipping label
• Diagnostic and resolution of the claim will be made within 1-2 weeks
• A credit or replacement of the unit will be sent if the unit is under warranty, Its a repair and replace NOT REFUND.
• No labor or ‘inconvenience’ charge may be included in any claims.
• When an item is sent to the manufacturer for a warranty claim, Turbo Star Ltd will not provide a replacement. It is the Manufacturera™s discretion whether they will replace the item, or not.
